Offers are non-binding. The contract is concluded upon written order confirmation.

3. Scope of services

The scope of services follows from the respective offer.

4. Client obligations

The client provides required content and access in good time.

5. Fees and payment

The prices stated in the offer apply, plus VAT.

6. Rights of use

Rights of use transfer to the client upon full payment.

7. Mediation

In the event of disagreement the parties undertake to attempt mediation before bringing an action.
