Bespoke CMS and CRM systems

A CMS that scales with you. A CRM that belongs to it.

We build powerful content management systems and connect them seamlessly with your CRM. Administration and maintenance included, so you can run your business instead of your updates.

  • Open source, no per-seat licence
  • Administration & maintenance included
  • CRM and CMS integration from one team
  • Hosting and data in the EU

A content management system is not an end in itself. It should get content to the right audience quickly, reflect your processes and cooperate with the rest of your stack. That is exactly what we build CMS and CRM solutions for: powerful under the hood, pleasantly simple in daily use.

Powerful CMS functionality, with administration and maintenance

We design and develop editorial systems that genuinely belong to your team: custom content types, reusable building blocks, preview before publishing, versioning, approval workflows, granular permissions and multilingual content.

To keep it running smoothly we can take on the entire operation: setup, updates, security patches, backups, monitoring, performance tuning and editor training. You get a named contact rather than a ticket number.

CRM development: your customer relationships, your rules

We build and maintain open-source CRM systems such as Mautic and SuiteCRM: lead capture, segmentation, campaign automation, quote and deal pipelines, reporting and GDPR-compliant consent management.

Where standard features fall short we build extensions: custom objects, fields, automations and integrations with practice management software, ERP, telephony or accounting.

What every project includes

Custom content models

Content types, blocks and templates that fit your real content, not a generic page builder.

Administration & maintenance

Updates, security patches, backups, monitoring and performance checks on a fixed cadence.

Mautic & SuiteCRM

Set up, customise, extend and support. Including campaign automation and consent management.

Seamless integration

Forms, segments, personalisation and two-way synchronisation between site and CRM.

No per-seat licensing

Open-source foundation: as many editors as you need, without the monthly invoice growing.

Training & handover

Your team gets trained and receives documentation that is actually readable.

Integration

Seamless CRM and CMS integration, optional

Both systems can mesh completely: website forms create contacts directly in the CRM, CRM segments drive personalised content on the site, campaigns fire automatically and results flow back into your reporting.

You decide how deep it goes: from a simple form handover to a full single-customer view with two-way synchronisation.

Website → CRM → Reporting

  • Formular → Kontakt im CRM
  • Segment → personalisierte Inhalte
  • Kampagne → automatische Nachfassung
  • Ergebnis → Reporting & Forecast

Total Cost of Ownership

Substantial savings on per-seat licensing

Classic enterprise platforms bill per user, per month. Every new editor, every new location and every agency that needs temporary access raises your running costs. With a growing team that quickly becomes a budget line of its own.

Umbraco is open source and is not licensed per seat. You can create as many editors as your organisation needs without the invoice growing with them. Instead of licences, the budget goes into content, visibility and features that actually generate revenue.

And this is not a niche foundation: international corporations, public bodies and household-name brands run their sites on Umbraco. You get a platform with enterprise pedigree, without the enterprise licence model.

FAQ

CRM & CMS questions

Why Umbraco rather than WordPress?

Umbraco is a .NET-based CMS with a strict content model, clean permission handling and a stable update policy. It shines when structure, multilingual content, integrations and security matter more than a plugin bazaar. WordPress remains a good choice for small, content-driven sites, and we still support it.

Can we keep our existing CRM?

Usually yes. We review the available interfaces and connect the system. A migration only makes sense if licence costs, missing features or data protection speak against it.

Who looks after the system after launch?

We can. Maintenance packages cover updates, backups, monitoring, security checks and a fixed allowance for adjustments.

Where is the data stored?

In data centres inside the EU. On request also with your own hosting provider or on-premise.

How much system landscape do you actually need?

In a short conversation we work out which CMS and CRM capabilities your team really needs and the fastest route to get there.
