Hosting and server log files

When you access this website the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested file and browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Storage is limited to what is technically necessary.

Language detection

This website selects the language version based on the language preference transmitted by your browser or a country hint supplied by the content delivery network. This evaluation happens transiently in memory during the request only. No personal data is stored, logged or transferred to third parties, and no profile is created.

Cookies

Technically necessary cookies are set without consent. A functional cookie stores your manually selected language only if you use the language switcher. All other cookies, in particular for statistics and marketing, are only set after your consent.

Appointment booking

For booking initial calls we link to an external scheduling service. Only when you actively click that link do you leave this website and data is transmitted to the provider. No booking widget is embedded on this website, so no data is sent to the provider and no cookies are set without your action. The provider's own privacy policy applies to the processing on the booking page.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer required; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
